You\u2019re sitting in the <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">sun on the sofa, whispering words: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI want you.\u201d You\u2019re standing in <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">the shower, forming faces behind <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">mushy make-up. You\u2019re cuddled at <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">the kitchen counter, motioning for <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">food\u2014more mango.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After all, you hinted you\u2019d haunt <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">me, a ludicrous line eliciting a <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">laugh,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">as I fatefully forget the details<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">of a past persona\u2014someone to <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">fear\u2014 something you were shy to <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">say, afraid to accept, clutching <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">your cross.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tala, I still muse on moments <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">memorized. You\u2019re kissing me kindly <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">but morosely, delivering, doe eyed-ly: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cdon\u2019t worry.\u201d You\u2019re quite close to <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">just crying,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">waning under the weight of the <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">world.
